HelloResizer is a free, browser-based tool that resizes images, videos, and PDF files. All file processing occurs entirely within your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. No Account Required

HelloResizer does not require registration, login, or any personal information to use. There are no user accounts associated with the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you process using HelloResizer. We do not claim any ownership or licence over your content. Since all processing is client-side, we never have access to your files.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HelloResizer to:

• Process files that violate applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is publicly visible
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts to excessively load the website

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your requirements.

Processing quality depends on your browser, device capabilities, and input file characteristics. Always verify output files before using them in production or critical workflows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloResizer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Since all processing occurs in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party libraries and services including FFmpeg (LGPL), pdf-lib (MIT), and Plausible Analytics. These are subject to their own licences and terms.

9. Advertising

HelloResizer may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. The presence of ads does not imply endorsement of the advertised products or services.
